1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Govern 365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

Govern 365 provides governance orchestration for Microsoft 365 environments, including workspace management, access reviews, lifecycle automation, and virtual data rooms.

3. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Govern 365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
